Prior to establishing himself as a trusted real estate broker, Herbie was a member of Intrawest’s senior management team, focusing on real estate sales for Mont-Tremblant. He was also an integral part of the senior management team at Starters Sports Canada, where he worked closely with major sports leagues such as the NFL, MLB, NHL and CFL, allowing him to make lasting global connections.

He was a key player in the largest Sotheby’s sale ever in Canada; the largest single parcel of land ever sold in the country (65,000 acres), creating buzz in the media. He also sold the largest Sotheby’s land in Tremblant. He spends his weekends in his country home in Tremblant with his beloved family. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys skiing, golfing, water-skiing, canoeing, kayaking as well as driving in the Porsche Club of North America events.

Prior to joining the Herbie Team, Elliot worked as Project Manager for his family holding company which have developed businesses in the Luxury Fashion, Tourism and Real Estate industries. Raised by a family with an entrepreneurial mentality, he likes developing and analyzing business projects. He is a second-year Finance student at John Molson School of Business and as previously studied Globalization at Oxford University. Elliot was raised in Lac-Beauport where he was taught skiing at a very young age and eventually became a ski instructor. He spends his summer weekends by the lake enjoying water sports and gorgeous sunsets.
Catherine is a final year Marketing student at John Molson School of Business at Concordia University with a minor in Real Estate. During her internships and studies as a top of the class student, she has accumulated relevant experience in both Marketing and Real Estate. Through her position as the Vice President of Marketing for the Concordia Real Estate Club, Catherine has demonstrated great leadership and creativity. Her passion and dynamism allow her to successfully lead Herbie’s marketing and reach new potentials for the brand. With her curiosity and wide array of interests, Catherine is always ready to discover new spots in the city or participate in any adventurous outdoor activity, from hiking to sailing, skiing and more.
Jing Yi is an Accounting major in her final year at Desautels, McGill University. Prior to joining Herb’s team, she previously completed an internship in Assurance, External Auditing at a Big 4 firm. Having always been eager about real estate investment and development, her role is right at the intersection of estates buy & sell and the ever-growing Chinese market. Jing Yi leads international business development with a particular focus on the Asian markets, merging together strategy, sales and marketing. She hopes to foster Canada-China bilateral trades and business relationships in her endeavours. As an outdoor enthusiast, Jing Yi enjoys yoga and a good hike around the province, and is always on the lookout for her next adventure.
